The staff was so helpful and always available. My room, a relaxing courtyard room, was near the pool and the restaurant. The room was acceptably clean, and the bed was comfortable. The main hall felt NICE.
The hot water wasn't very reliable, a LITTLE inconvenient.

I found healthy options at breakfast. The fruit was fresh. The food prices seemed reasonable, and the staff accommodated our request to prepare our breakfast since our tour started early. The breakfast had a wide variety of options.

I liked that the outdoor garden and pool area are so nice. the pool was definitely great. i loved the private beach where i could walk and easily visit other hotels. It felt very open. the staff was lovely and always looked after me.

The breakfast buffet had a massive selection, and it was all you can eat. There were plentiful tropical fruit options. however. some areas lacked variety, especially the fruit and hot dishes, so it seemed repetitive. hot water for tea would have been welcome too.
